Cherry Blossom Couture

Asalaam Walaykom everyone, if I told you how much times I sat down and tried to write this post you wouldn't believe me. Between work and well more work I seriously have no free time, I definitely have new found respect for people working in retail.
Moving on to what this post is really about, Cherry Blossom Couture. I had the honor of seeing the collection before it was released and I was astonished. The material itself is of high quality and managers to flow perfectly on ones body without being revealing in any way.
The inspiring women behind this beautiful collection goes by the name of Fatimah Meyer. Mrs Meyer says she never really grew fond of the western worlds style in clothing but instead always enjoyed designing her own clothes, this way she stays covered and modest. She was always encouraged by people around her to start her own collection,clearly even they could see she had a natural instinct when it came to designing but she never really gave much thought to it.
That all change after she came back from her breathtaking trip to Turkey. Mrs Meyer says she decided to finally start her collection. She says she was truly touched by how modest and humble everyone was, not one women without a scarf on her head. The atmosphere was so warm and welcoming, for sure an experience to remember. This trip inspired a brilliant idea of, why could we all not dress this way?
Mrs Meyer believes that the way she felt in Turkey was truly a sense of peace, the way women knew their duty towards their Creator was beautiful and she wanted to bring that home with her.
Thus Cherry Blossom Couture was born. A range so modest and modern any hijaabi would love to include in their wardrobe.
If I may add my favorite thing about the collection, is that you can look absolutely fabulous walking in the mall and go straight to the salaah room without changing your clothes, it's that halaal friendly.
The collection has something for everyone, whether you are looking for something to wear everyday or something to wear to a wedding or even a matricball Cherry Blossom Couture has your back.
If you go down to the last picture of this post you will see me standing in the middle wearing, which I think is probably the most modest, light and trendy tracksuit. The jacket and pants is my favorite, because as a hijaabi we all know the struggle of finding something to work out in. Workout clothes are probably the most different clothes to find and can be very discouraging when you can't find anything to wear.
Lastly I would like to thank Fatima Meyer for allowing me to have seen this stunning collection and congratulations on the success of Cherry Blossom Couture, the launch was inspiring and beautiful.
